WELCOME! We’re glad you’re here.
We all have good intentions to eat well, move regularly, and unwind often. But life…
Holy Health Club is a grace space where Christians stand on God’s word to transform their hearts in tending their temple. Counter to traditional food and fitness programs, we admit we can do no thing without abiding in the Vine, but that all things - including physical renewal - are possible in Christ. Resources include:
Have Faith in Your Fitness. Lighthearted prose for a tough topic. This e-workbook is rife with supportive scriptures, probing questions, and Judi’s humor. Unique small group curriculum to facilitate physical as well as spiritual transformation. Click here to purchase.
50 Steps of Faith (starting January 6, 2020) Looking for week-by-week instruction, inspiration and accountability in your food and fitness? 50 Steps of Faith provides the structure and support you need to sustain your momentum. Two critical components insure your success: 1. standing on scripture, and 2. supporting someone else. Imagine looking back 12 months, knowing you and your buddy took 50 positive steps forward! Woo Hoo!
Weekly Must Do’s:
· Meditate on a scripture
· Discuss a probing question (we provide) with your friend and/or small group
· Support your buddy in completing the Weekly Step (specific to food or fitness)
· MOVE! for 15 minutes, 4x each week. We’ll present Christ-focused classes, or move as you choose.
· Get out of your comfort zone!
And yep, you gotta sign a pledge: “I promise to stir up my buddy every week, and to admit when I need a holy nudge.”
In the Spotlight. A free food and/or fitness consultation with Judi, recorded and podcasted so others can listen and learn.
America’s early days hold intrigue. The old homestead. Families intact. Space.
And food was simpler, though less convenient for sure. Dinner was prepared from the ingredients in the pantry.
No boxes. No mixes. No, Pa didn’t stop by the horse-thru on his ride home.
Is it possible the instant access to mind-boggling food options contributes to our obesity and ill health?
