50 Steps of Faith
50 Steps of Faith provides the structure and support you need to sustain your momentum. Two critical components insure your success: 1. standing on scripture, and 2. supporting someone else. Imagine looking back 12 months, knowing you and your buddy took 50 positive steps forward! Woo Hoo!
Weekly Must Do’s:
- Meditate on a scripture 
- Discuss a probing question (we provide) with your friend and/or small group 
- Support your buddy in completing the Weekly Step (specific to food or fitness) 
- MOVE! for 15 minutes, 4x each week. We’ll present Christ-focused classes, or move as you choose. 
- Get out of your comfort zone! 
And yep, you gotta sign a pledge: “I promise to stir up my buddy every week, and to admit when I need a holy nudge.
